New and Improved INGLOT Beauty Club Program

INGLOT, a Polish cosmetics brand with global reach, has revamped its INGLOT Beauty Club loyalty program with a fully digital, state-of-the-art solution. In partnership with Sparta Loyalty, the brand has relied on technology to implement the program in omnichannel mode. The new version of the program combines convenience, a personalized customer experience, and simple and transparent mechanics for rewarding loyal customers.

The new INGLOT Beauty Club loyalty program is based on a simple but effective reward system for every activity in the stationary store and online. Program members can collect points not only for purchases but also for referrals, product reviews, or participation in surveys. The mechanics provide for two levels of membership:

  • Classic (1PLN = 4 points)
  • PRO (1PLN = 6 points)

The entire loyalty program is available to participants at their fingertips on their smartphones through a mobile app that allows them to interact with every element of the program without much effort.
