YES is a leader in the Polish jewelry market. For several years, the company has offered its clients a loyalty program based on discount thresholds and three levels of participation – Green, Silver, and Gold. However, this program no longer met the expectations of the brand’s customers. Therefore, the loyalty managers at YES Jewelry decided to introduce a completely new, more engaging program. They chose Sparta Loyalty for technological and substantive collaboration.
Greater Benefits, Better Experiences
The new version of YES CLUB offers better economic benefits and provides users with exceptional experiences.
“We offer our users three types of benefits – tangible, communicative, and practical. Tangible, or discount benefits, are available to consumers as soon as they register in the program. Each can choose one of three proposed rewards at the start. These include various discounts on YES assortment. Additionally, each new user receives a coupon for purchasing one of our flagship necklaces made of genuine, natural pearls at a special price,” explains Daniel Górny, Loyalty Program Specialist at YES Jewelry SA.
Customers can earn points in the new program in various ways. They receive points for:
- Money spent, regardless of whether they pay by cash, card, gift card, or use a discount coupon;
- Sharing opinions in surveys, such as post-transaction surveys or those measuring shopping satisfaction;
- Participating in special actions organized by YES, which involve awarding extra points for purchases on specific days, times, or specific items.
Participants also benefit from recommending the program to other consumers – in such cases, they receive a special discount coupon.
- “Currently, we offer users the opportunity to collect points in annual cycles. The current point challenge lasts until the end of this year. After accumulating a certain number of points, they receive a reward. There are a total of 6 such benefits,” explains Daniel Górny.
Mobile App – Communication and Multiple Functions
An integral part of the YES CLUB loyalty program is the mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play. The team at Sparta Loyalty was responsible for developing the app, as well as the entire YES CLUB.
“The app offers many different functionalities. It is a platform for communication with the brand. In the app, users will find all the necessary information about their point balance, discounts they can use, rewards, current promotions, and purchase history. The app stores their purchase proofs, shows the locations of YES stores, and allows them to launch navigation apps, such as Google Maps or Apple Maps, and communication apps, like Uber,” says Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty.
In the app, users will also find:
- A jewelry gauge for precise measuring,
- A QR code module for easy use of codes from influencers,
- A date management function to save important occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries (the app will remind them of upcoming events and suggest a discount for the perfect gift).
