🏆 Sparta’s Loyalty partners’ successes! 🏆

Sparta Loyalty and its partners are celebrating a series of recent successes.. Three standout stories come from PnA, YES, and Inglot, each demonstrating how strategic loyalty programs are driving growth, excitement, and deeper customer connections.

PnA, a leading South African stationery retailer, has recently expanded its partnership with Sparta Loyalty by launching a brand-new loyalty – Colour Your World program alongside its existing gift card offering. The introduction of the program has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm, quickly gaining traction among shoppers nationwide. The momentum behind the program highlights the growing demand for personalized, accessible loyalty experiences in the South African retail market.

In Poland, YES, one of the country’s most beloved jewelry chains, has reached a major milestone. Its loyalty initiative, YES Club, developed in collaboration with Sparta Loyalty, has surpassed 400,000 members. The rapidly growing base of loyal customers reflects YES’s strong brand identity and the appeal of its well-crafted rewards program, which offers exclusive benefits, personalized offers, and early access to collections. This achievement solidifies YES’s position as a leader in combining emotional brand connection with meaningful customer rewards.

Meanwhile, Inglot, the internationally recognized Polish cosmetics brand, has taken bold steps to revitalize its loyalty efforts. In partnership with Sparta Loyalty, Inglot has reshaped and relaunched its program – Inglot Beauty Club. The new version of the program introduces exciting benefits and engaging promotions. Early feedback has been highly positive, signaling strong momentum for the brand’s ongoing loyalty evolution.

“We’re thrilled to see our partners achieve such incredible results,” said Alexander Kubicki, Head of Marketing and International Sales at Sparta Loyalty. “Each of these brands shows how powerful a thoughtfully designed loyalty program can be in building lasting customer relationships and driving business success.”

👟 PUMA launches global 5AM High Drops Activation to celebrate early-morning runners 👟

Global sports company PUMA is inviting runners worldwide to “Go Wild” with the launch of its first global activation tied to its latest brand campaign. Through the 5AM High Drops, PUMA will reward early risers by dropping free pairs of its latest running shoes – including the Deviate NITRO™ 3 and Forever Run — at iconic high points in cities like Boston, Las Vegas, New York, Mexico City, London, and Tokyo.

Timed with the arrival of spring and peak marathon training season, the initiative encourages runners to chase the “runner’s high” by getting outdoors early. Participants simply need to follow their local PUMA Instagram account to find out when and where the 5AM drops will happen. The first runners to arrive at the announced locations between April and May will win a free pair of PUMA’s newest running shoes.

Erin Longin, VP of Run/Train at PUMA, said, “At PUMA, we want to champion those with a passion for running. The 5AM High Drops is a way to celebrate runners who embrace the early mornings and express their individuality through sport.”

This activation comes on the heels of PUMA’s latest brand campaign video, which revealed that bad weather is the top barrier to running in the U.S. (cited by 42% of runners). With spring offering better conditions, PUMA aims to inspire more people to lace up their shoes and hit the pavement before sunrise.

The 5AM High Drops highlight PUMA’s commitment to empowering athletes and turning sport into a powerful space for self-expression, enjoyment, and community.

🏨 IndiGo and Accor announce strategic loyalty partnership to enhance member benefits 🏨

IndiGo, India’s leading airline, and global hospitality group Accor have announced a first-of-its-kind loyalty program partnership in India, aiming to offer greater value and convenience to their members.

Under the strategic collaboration, IndiGo’s BluChip Rewards and Accor’s ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programs will integrate benefits like points sharing, two-way conversions, and co-branded offerings, allowing members to earn and redeem points across flights, hotel stays, and experiences.

The partnership marks a significant expansion for IndiGo, whose BluChip program has already signed up over 2 million members within six months of its November 2024 launch. It also complements IndiGo’s ambitious growth strategy, including expanding its fleet and launching long-haul operations.

Accor, with over 100 million ALL members globally and a strong presence in IndiGo’s key markets across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, sees the collaboration as a way to broaden customer engagement across travel and lifestyle experiences.

IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers and Accor Chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin both emphasized that this partnership would “redefine” travel and loyalty experiences for millions of customers, combining air travel and hospitality under a shared vision of enhanced flexibility, value, and reward opportunities.

Joint marketing initiatives and potential future collaborations are also on the horizon as both companies look to shape the future of travel experiences together.

Use Qantas Points to book Hawaiian Airlines

✈️ New ways to spent frequent flyer points in Qantas loyalty program ✈️

Qantas Frequent Flyers will soon have a new way to use their points: redeeming seats on Hawaiian Airlines at Classic Reward rates. Starting October 1, 2025, members can use Qantas Points to book an estimated 800,000 seats annually across Hawaiian’s network, including flights between the Hawaiian islands and to the U.S. mainland.

Although Hawaiian Airlines will officially join the Oneworld alliance in 2026, Qantas is offering early access through a special partnership, similar to its arrangement with Oman Air.

At launch, Hawaiian Airlines will be included in Qantas’ Partner Classic Flight Reward table, but travelers should note that reward rates will rise by up to 20% from August 2025 as part of broader changes to the Qantas loyalty program. However, with the upcoming points increase, travelers should anticipate slightly higher redemption rates once bookings open.

This new partnership offers greater flexibility for frequent flyers, giving them access to Hawaiian’s extensive network and the airline’s new Boeing 787 business class experience.
