AVIA GO – another loyalty program from Sparta Loyalty in the fuel industry

Sparta Loyalty has developed and implemented a loyalty program at the AVIA gas station network, developed in Poland by the Unimot Group. An integral part of the program is the AVIA GO mobile application. Customers who download it can accumulate points and redeem them for prizes from the station’s assortment. “Loyalty plays an extremely important role in the fuel industry. Programs in which additional discounts and bonuses can be earned tie drivers to a particular brand,” stresses Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty.

The Krakow-based company specializes in building solutions to increase loyalty in the fuel industry and has already implemented loyalty programs for several other fuel networks in Poland and Ukraine. The company’s experts observe that customers in the oil&gas sector appreciate the additional benefits offered to them by fuel stations. Participants of loyalty programs regularly return to stations of the chosen brand, which translates into sales.

Loyalty plays an extremely important role in the fuel industry. Programs in which one can earn additional discounts and rewards tie drivers to a particular brand. After all, everyone refuels regularly, and the opportunity to receive a coffee or snack for a symbolic penny or discounts on the most frequently purchased products is a nice bonus worth taking advantage of, explains Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty.

Loyalty programs are also an important source of knowledge about a brand’s customers. They allow us to learn and analyze their shopping preferences, so the gas station can prepare offers tailored to consumers’ expectations and needs. It is also an additional channel of communication with the customer. By making the mobile application available, the brand gains the ability to keep program participants informed of news and collect feedback.

AVIA GO – a new loyalty program for AVIA station customers

AVIA is a European chain of gas stations, present on the market for more than 90 years. The AVIA network currently includes about 3,200 facilities in 15 European countries, including more than 130 in Poland. The AVIA brand was introduced to the domestic market in 2016 by the independent fuel and energy group Unimot.

The number of gas stations under the AVIA banner continues to grow. Our stations are not only fuels, but also a modern Eat&Go convenience store concept, offering, among other things, top-quality products, Fairtrade-certified aromatic coffee or comfortable places for drivers and passengers to relax. Comfort, safety and a positive customer experience are our priority, which is why we are expanding our offer with a loyalty program, thanks to which drivers who refuel at AVIA stations will receive even more, says Karolina Sikorska, marketing director, Unimot.

The program is based on collecting points for refueling and shopping at AVIA stations. These points can be exchanged for in-kind prizes. A list of available prizes and a list of the number of points that need to be spent on them can be found in the AVIA GO mobile application.

The AVIA GO app also offers a referral system. Registered customers can invite friends to join the program. For each registration from a referral, they will receive 100 additional points. What’s more, we have integrated the app with the Spark system, already present at AVIA stations, which allows paying for fuel at the pump. In practice, this means collecting points also when paying away from the cash register, adds Tomasz Wawrzynów.

The AVIA GO app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
