On April 21-22, 2022, Sparta Loyalty will take part in one of the most important events related to loyalty programs in Poland, i.e. the Loyalty Planet Forum. During the event, a number of industry-leading speakers will take the stage and share their views on the current loyalty climate as well as dispense the Loyalty Hero awards. Suffice to say, Briju – one of Sparta Loyalty’s customers was nominated for the title of The Best Loyalty Program In Retail.

The theme of this year’s edition will be the role of multi-channel communication and diversity of communication in the process of building and maintaining customer loyalty. There will also be current and hot topics regarding novel technologies and ideas, i.e. artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning.

– Nobody has any doubts that the most important trend in loyalty is the use of data analytics supported by artificial intelligence. The value of such technologies includes not only processing and analyzing the data held, but predicting what a specific customer needs at a specific moment and what will be expected in the near future. This can include his/her’s place of residence and lifestyle – says Filip Zajdel, Business Development Manager, Sparta Loyalty.

Representatives of many companies that use loyalty programs in their sales strategies on a daily basis will act as speakers sharing their knowledge. One of them will be a client of Sparta Loyalty, a Polish jewellery producer and owner of the Briju jewellery chain.

– Briju builds a community around their loyalty club through emotional benefits, says Filip Zajdel. – That is why we focused on a highly developed database of the program, personalized communication and detailed reporting of processes.’

Sparta Loyalty experts, who build loyalty ecosystems for the largest companies in Poland and in the world, recently returned from the Smart Retail Tech Expo that was hosted in London. The expo itself was focused on tech, retail and marketing technology. There they presented the possibilities of their platform to an international audience.

– The digital revolution and the collection of more and more data on consumer behaviour, as well as more and more advanced analytics of this data – are the biggest challenges facing professionals responsible for loyalty strategies today, says Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty. – Marketers must also learn to quickly adapt to the new purchasing habits of individuals and with the addition of the post-pandemic era and the political situation in the world, react immediately and verify previously adopted strategies on an ongoing basis.
