Alexander Kubicki has been appointed the marketing director at the Krakow-based IT company Sparta Loyalty, building and implementing its proprietary loyalty program: ‘Sparta Loyalty Platform’. Alexander Kubicki is responsible for developing and creating a coherent marketing strategy for all companies in the Sparta Loyalty group, including the new company LoyRise, which is an application that enables the creation of modern loyalty programs for micro and small enterprises.
Our newest employee, Alexander has been involved in marketing activities in the IT sector for over 5 years. In his work, he focuses mainly on marketing strategy, content creation and the development of loyalty programs.
Being born overseas, Alexander grew up in Melbourne, Australia. In his earlier years, he gained experience at IPSOS, where he worked as a marketing analyst. He graduated in biochemistry and biomedical sciences with a master’s degree from the University of Melbourne. He continued his education in Krakow at Jagiellonian University with the Faculty of Medicine where he had the desire to become a psychiatrist, but fate had other plans.
– I have always been passionate about medical science and the human psyche, and hence using an empirical method, understanding, creating and developing relationships between a brand and its recipients comes to me as a science. When trying to understand the core of brand relationships, I heavily rely on an evidence-based approach as well as an empathic one – says Alexander Kubicki.
His knowledge only grew in the IT industry when he was working at HCL in Krakow, where he was employed as a senior product analyst in a Google project. At the same time, he also was cooperating with Sparta Loyalty, laying the foundation for their marketing strategy. In November, he took the position of marketing director. He is the author of many scientific publications – related to both medical science, business psychology and loyalty programs.
– Sparta Loyalty has been on the market for several years, during this time we have created our basic products and built a solid customer base, mainly in Poland. Now is the time for foreign expansion and increased sales activities. Our new marketing director will help in this endeavour – explains Tomasz Wawrzynów, general director of Sparta Loyalty.
