YES Jewelry is launching a new loyalty program. YES CLUB offers not only discounts but above all constant communication with customers and consideration of their opinions. Customers who share their experiences and are active can count on additional benefits. YES is also putting a new, functional mobile application at users’ disposal. Sparta Loyalty of Cracow is responsible for its creation, as well as for preparing the mechanics of the loyalty program.
YES’ existing loyalty program, based on discount thresholds and three levels of participation – Green, Silver, and Gold – no longer meets the expectations of the brand’s customers. That’s why YES Jewelry’s loyalty managers have introduced an entirely new, more engaging program that not only offers better economic benefits but also provides users with a unique experience.
– Our new loyalty program offers customers a great deal of new features, also linked to the mobile app. We do not rely on discount thresholds. Instead, we give our users three types of benefits – tangible, communicative, and practical. The tangible ones, or discounts, await consumers as soon as they sign up for the program. Everyone can then choose one of three proposed rewards to start. These are various types of discounts on YES assortments. In addition, each new user receives a coupon entitling them to buy one of our flagship necklaces made of real, natural pearls at a special price, explains Daniel Górny, Loyalty Programs Specialist at YES Jewelry SA.
Mobile application – let’s stay in touch!
An integral part of the YES CLUB loyalty program is the mobile application, available in the App Store and Google Play stores. The app, like the entire YES CLUB, was created by Sparta Loyalty, a Cracow-based company specializing in building loyalty programs. Sparta Loyalty is also responsible for the Verona Club program and app, a brand belonging to the YES Biżuteria SA portfolio.
– The application we have developed for YES is, on the one hand, very lightweight, so it installs quickly and without problems, while on the other hand, it offers a variety of functionalities. Most importantly, it is a platform for communication with the brand. It is in the app that users will find all the necessary information about their point balance, discounts they can use, rewards, current promotions, or purchase history. The app will store proofs of purchase for them, show the locations of YES stores, and allow them to call up navigation apps such as Google Maps or Apple Maps, as well as communication apps such as Uber, says Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty.
In the app, users will also find a jewelry measure, a QR code module, and a function for managing important dates. The jewelers’ tape measure allows for precise measuring, while the QR module allows for easy use of codes from influencers. The important dates management function allows you to save important occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, and the app will remind you of upcoming events and offer a discount for the perfect gift.
Registering for the program and accumulating points
Joining YES CLUB is very simple and extremely intuitive. All you have to do is download the mobile application, enter your name and phone number, and then enter the code you received via SMS. For the full convenience of users, the code will be automatically read from the message, guaranteeing instant joining of the club.
Customers have a variety of ways to earn points in the new program. First of all, they receive points for spending zlotys, regardless of whether they pay with cash, card, gift card or use a discount coupon. Additional points are available for sharing opinions in surveys, such as post-transaction or satisfaction surveys. Program participants will also benefit from recommending the program to other consumers, in which case they are entitled to a special discount coupon. YES also organizes special actions, allocating additional points for purchases on specific days, at specific times or for buying a specific assortment.
– We are committed to keeping our new YES Club alive and dynamic. We will be asking customers for feedback and adjusting the program to meet their needs. Not only in terms of collecting points, but also in terms of their use. Currently, we offer users to collect points in annual cycles. The current points challenge runs until the end of this year. After accumulating a certain number of points, they receive a reward. There are 6 such benefits in total, explains Daniel Górny.
