Shaping up to be the biggest loyalty event in Poland and Central Europe — and seats are limited. 🚀
And here’s what caught our eye across the loyalty world:
🍔 Yum! Brands is doubling down on loyalty at Taco Bell and KFC — AI, personalization and a Q3 app redesign are replacing “earn-and-burn,” with digital sales already 47% of Taco Bell’s business.
⛽ Circle K is rebuilding Inner Circle around visits, not just spend — $1 off per gallon after 25 visits, plus personalized challenges to keep members coming back.
🏪 7-Eleven Taiwan is rewarding healthy habits — walking, blood pressure checks and meal logging earn points redeemable for coffee, salads and more.
🚗 Car brand loyalty is loosening its grip — with nearly 80 brands now competing in the UK alone, EV buyers are choosing on range, tech and total cost over badge loyalty.
The common thread? Loyalty is shifting from “earn and redeem” to building experiences people actually want to come back for. 💡
