On October 20, 2026, Warsaw will host the third edition of Sparta Loyalty Academy — a one-day conference devoted to modern loyalty programs, retention, and hyper-personalization. The event will focus on the practical use of psychology, automation, and data analytics in building customer relationships.
Why is retention becoming more important?
Rising digital advertising costs and intense competition are pushing companies to concentrate ever more heavily on keeping their existing buyers. According to Bain & Company data, acquiring a new customer costs between 5 and as much as 25 times more than retaining a current one. A retention increase of just 5%, meanwhile, can translate into profit growth of 25% to 95%.
Consumer expectations are rising as well. Salesforce research indicates that 56% of customers expect offers closely tailored to their needs, and as many as 85% demand consistent experiences across every channel through which they contact a brand. Modern loyalty programs are emerging as the answer to these challenges — instead of simple point collection, they now draw on advanced data analysis, marketing automation, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Practice instead of theory
Sparta Loyalty Academy is aimed at managers in marketing, sales, CRM, and Customer Experience. The program’s format sets aside pure theory in favor of expert presentations, panel discussions, and informal networking. Speakers from Poland and abroad will focus on analyzing real implementations from both the domestic and international markets.
At the center of this year’s discussions will be:
- designing modern loyalty programs,
- using AI and data analytics for hyper-personalized communication,
- building consistent customer experiences in an omnichannel model,
- developing CRM and MarTech ecosystems,
- Measuring program effectiveness (ROI) and its real impact on business results.
“From the outset, our goal was to create a space for exchanging concrete knowledge and market experience,” emphasizes Tomasz Wawrzynów, CEO of Sparta Loyalty. “We want to showcase solutions proven in practice that participants can apply within their own organizations as soon as they return from the conference. The reception of previous editions confirmed our belief that the industry very much needs this kind of direct forum for exchanging ideas.”
Who is this event for?
The conference was created for people responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships. The participant profile includes in particular:
- CRM and loyalty program managers,
- Marketing directors and department heads,
